WALLET APP REDESIGN
As a two day challenge, I redesigned the wallet app on the iPhone. I wanted to add more organization but keep the cards and tickets easily accessible for when the user is on the run and needs to find a ticket, or look through transactions quickly.

EXPLORATIONS & SKETCHES
When brainstorming and creating sketches I focused on the organization that the current wallet app doesn’t have and tried out different layouts and hierarchy to create more space and sections for cards and tickets.

FINAL APP DESIGN
I decided to add two sections to the wallet app, one for cards and one for tickets. This divides the information and allows the user to find what they’re looking for faster.
ORIGINAL & NEW DESIGN
By adding specific sections for different types of tickets I minimized the chaos of the stacked tickets in the original wallet app. In the original design I found it hard to find a specific ticket when all the tickets, old and new, were stacked and collapsed. By adding a expired tickets section there is less confusion on what tickets are actually usable, and which have been used before.
